A DESCRIPTION OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE OF THE DENGUE HEMORRAGIC FEVER (DHF) SUFFERERS AT THE BL LIMBANGAN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a contagious seller caused by dengue virus and is
transmitted to humans through her bite through Aedess Aegifty and Albofictus.The
purpose of this study was to determine the description of the knowledge and attitudes of
DHF sufferers at the BL Limbangan Health Center. The research method used
quantitative methods explained descriptively, using a questionnaire consisting of 20
questions. Research samples using Eccidental Sampling by taking respondents by chance
to meet with researchers can be usedas samples, primary data collection techniques
conducted by direct interview, the number of respondents as many as 43 respondents. The
results of knowledge and attitudes of people with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), 32
respondents (74.4%) had good knowledge, then in the attitude domain 36 respondents
(83.7%) had attitudes in the positive category. The conclusion of this study illustrates that
respondents' knowledge about DHF prevention in the working area of the BL
Limbangan Health Center is more halfof the respondents had good knowledge, and most
had a positive attitude towards DHF prevention at the BL Limbangan health center.
